The retractable trolley is a deployable desk/chair system inspired from the scissor mechanism. This structure is designed to solve the spatial storage problem faced by the user of a specific space with the concepts of deployability. The system is such that it folds itself, when not in use, which helps provide more space for other activities. This is a desk and chair system, but the unique feature about it is, that it also has a storage space along with it. This system can also be used as deployable trolley to commute objects, when not used as a desk. The system can be used in different context, for instance, it can be used in open spaces around the college. For full portfolio :
