Design as Research - I
Workshop investigates the design process through experimentation with systems & their behavior. It involves analog experiments, exploring material behavior, material systems, self-organizing responsive & dynamic systems. Students are introduced to the theory of generative design process through reading material on concepts such as patterns, fractal geometry, cellular automata.
