The library of the artform of painting in Mathura city aims to develop a space which brings different generations together by the source of knowledge and gain information about different aspects of Krishna's life. Moving inside out, individual spaces were developed from furniture elements, light quality, movements, openings and volume. Such qualities were bring into the spaces by the concept of "Change as a Constant". Technology as a tool is used to achieve the concept into the spaces.
