C.P Mission Swamipuram is a non-gated society in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh. The premise has various facilities management issues like solid waste, sewage, water supply, electricity, street lights, and the study focuses on understanding how these utilities are governed and managed by different departments. To understand the premise, observations were done and information is collected through surveys with various stakeholders which helps in finding major gaps, and after that benchmarking was studied to understand the implementation process, and then proposals were made. The proposals were developed with a vision to create a clean, healthy, and safe environment and provide better services for a living.
