Executive Apartment, Bhawna Estate

The site is a residential gated community named Bhawna Estate in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. There are different types of residential units in the colony, out of which Executive Apartment and its connected amenities are selected for the study. The apartment is a seven-storied building with a basement and stilt floor for parking.
It is identified that the gaps in solid waste management and wastewater management have priority of issues which will require awareness, cooperation, and involvement of all the residents. Hence, proposals have been given with the vision to involve more people and bring transparency to society.
