P A D M A - PADMAVATI APARTMENT

The observation of the Padmavati apartment started with place, people, and process. Each asset was mapped of the premise at different levels. Assets mapping was done with the help of bylaws and standard rules of each asset. Different gap analysis and root cause identified at a later stage. Based on that detailed proposals were carried out as an outcome. To support various proposals for dedicated gaps, a comprehensive study took place including a residents' survey to finalize each proposal in a designed manner. The entire study was done under the observation of faculties from CEPT UNIVERSITY.
