Reinstating the credibility of Mannipuram society of Bhopal. The purpose of this facility management project is to include numerous disciplines through the integration of individuals, place, process and technology to ensure accessibility, comfort, protection and efficiency of the built environment for the chosen site.  This project includes the development of the neighbourhood profile of the premises, demographics and development of the city and site. It further examines the overall governance of the premise; the assets present in it and the provision of services. Followed by, the study that presents gaps and root causes for the same, based on the outcomes of the interviews of stakeholders and asset mapping. To bridge the gaps and strengthen the services offered in the colony, potential solutions are explored towards the end.
