Rohtas Plumeria Homes is a high rise apartment complex in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The possession had started in 2012 and there are around 600 families in the society. The complex provides insights into various facility management challenges in a post-occupancy stage.
There are various incomplete buildings like four incomplete towers, clubhouse, swimming pool and basement. The residents face problems daily because essential services like lifts, drainage and sewage system, boundary wall, fire fighting system, parking and roads with potholes are not functioning. 
The facilities have been left in an incomplete stage as the builder Rohtas group had absconded in 2019. The home buyers were cheated by property dealers.  The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) of the society is taking an effort to resolve these problems. Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) is looking for sponsors to finish this project.
