A Development Model for NAINA Aero City

The Studio focuses on micro planning (Town planning scheme) for site under CIDCO's project NAINA. Two exercises were introduced to understand briefly other micro level planning methods practiced world wide and market feasibility study for individual development project. Each parameter of project is derived from multiple input lectures by faculties and guest lecturers and analyzing existing situation encouraging development in and around site area. The alternate approach to the implementation of Development plan through town planning scheme is proposed by Introducing intermediate plan (Zonal plan). Thus Aero city is visualized through planning intervention.
