Establishing a relationship with the unbuilt is essential for a healthy workspace environment. The project intends to create high workday nature contact for its users, demonstrating the same through re-imagining a print media and multimedia workspace on the Times of India site. An existing dense cluster of trees on site is seen as an opportunity to integrate within the program – the ground plane as a public component to the project. The idea of the garden continues through the built form as outdoor decks, semi-open spaces, and ultimately into a large roof garden with more workspaces.
