By questioning the existing philosophical separation or disconnect of citizens from governance in the capital complex, it was concluded that education is the precursor to accountability and building a relationship between governance and the people. 
The project specifically focuses on the High court precinct, thus proposing a Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. The establishment of this faculty that deals in understanding human relationships are derived out of the dire need to understand relationships holding the government; here specifically the judiciary responsible. The School of Law on the other hand is derived out of the judicial context.
