The project establishes a relationship between the administration (Chancellery), the public and the journalists. A student union  is essential to tie up the university system together and hold the chancellor, the authority accountable by making them realize their responsibilities. The Faculty of Arts and Science blurs the boundaries  of a public and an educational institute by making the ground floor porous that receives people leading them to  involve into unforeseen  conversations and to make them aware of the constant changes and evolution of the administrative system.
