The study is aimed to understand the horizon of services provided by Agricultural Produce Market Committee to fulfill its organizing idea of protecting the interest of farmers and facilitating trade between farmers, buyers and traders. Various service operation management analyzing tools like swim lane charts, SIPOC analysis, process profile worksheets, SERVQUAL analysis etc., have been studied and used in this project to understand the efficiency of the services that are provided and also to figure out expectations of the users . Issues in the service system have been identified and recommendations are given accordingly.
