The study is aimed to understand the horizon of services provided by Agricultural produce market committee to fulfill its organising idea of protecting the interest of farmers and facilitating trade between farmers, buyers and traders.Various service operation management analysing tools like swimlane charts, SIPOC anlysis,process profile worksheets, SERVQUAL analysis etc.,have been studied and used in this project to understand the efficient of the services that are provided and also the expectations of the users .A comparative analysis with other markets  is also done.Gaps in the service system have been identified and recommendations are given accordingly.
