Service Operations Management (SOM) helps in understanding the quality of services in terms of user and organization aspect by proposing a distinctive and sustainable service strategies using different service operation tools.
Aim of this project is to study the service and operations of Ahmedabad Municipal Transport service and propose measures to improve its service quality for the commuters.
