The project aims to study the process of generation, transportation, processing and selling of construction & demolition waste. Various site visits, surveys and analysis was conducted to understand the issues and to try to bridge the gap. Various tools like swim lane, SIPOC, service concept were made to understand the issues that were there in the process. Monitoring at the site was one of the issue that I observed, and have tried to find a solution for that.
