Sarkhej Roza- Facilities Management

Sarkhej Roza, is a cluster of seven centrally protected monuments by the Archaeological Survey of India. The complex attracts large crowds of devotees and tourists due to its religious, historical, and archaeological significance. The scope of this studio was to analyze the facilities present on the premise and find areas of improvement through which the experience of all stakeholders could be enhanced. The methodology adopted for this work included stakeholder consultation, gap analysis, the study of best practices, and finally, devising viable solutions that address these gaps and impact the livelihoods of the community around the monument and increase tourism.
