City Civic Centers were established by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation to access the civic services provided by them. Business Process Re-engineering aims to redefine the way in which these services are delivered by optimizing the processes to improvise the cost, quality of services and the time taken. Technological interventions were proposed to improvise the process and to achieve the project goals and vision. Increased citizen satisfaction levels, productivity of staff and simplified processes were the outcomes of the re-engineered process.
