The goal of this studio was to learn about the steps involved in starting a construction project, for which a sports complex project was chosen. The Studio is primarily concerned with the project's conceptualization and development phases. To ensure the project's long-term success, it is critical to have a clear understanding of the demand for the project, its users, and a suitable location for the facility, technical aspects involved, the preliminary cost of the project, financial viability, environmental impact, risks that would be encountered, and the various stakeholders involved in the project which are investigated to determine the project's feasibility.
