Design of an Industrial Storage Warehouse

This design studio helps us to attain resourceful knowledge of utilisation of standard codes and procedures, bylaws to be followed while practically allowing us to explore different venues of designing various structural elements such as appropriate roofing materials, roof truss members such as purlins, rafters, chords, beams, etc. We shall select the type of roof truss, calculate the various kinds of loads acting on it such as the dead load, live loads and wind loads along with the load combinations, prepare STAAD model, analyse and finally design the structural members.
