The word "Aarjavam" means simple which came from the building minimal design. It has single unit design through the building which specially caters to the age group of Millennials. The building is intended for the first time buyers in which eventually they will move out as the family grow. The building attempts to have more communal spaces to have more community activities which generates experience in this high rise building which also has river side view which enhance the experiential quality of living in Aarjavam.
