Saraspur is located to the east of  Kalupur railway station in Ahmedabad, with different cultures co-existing in the tight knit  built fabric of chawls and informal settlements. Post industrialization, most of the industries went into shut down resulting in abandoned buildings and also creating void spaces within community boundaries. The project aims to approach such an underutilized void space to bring in communities and also to activate and benefit the communities around.
