Located in the vicinity of the Interchange metro station, this undeveloped part of the riverfront is an urban void at the edge of the Central Business District of Ahmedabad that can potentially be used as a recreation hub for the people of the city. The idea is to develop an urban project that demonstrates interventions which analyze the user activities and spaces thereby planning out areas that benefit the active users, street hawkers and vendors in the area. Designing a space which highlights the importance of pedestrian-friendly streets and open spaces ultimately connecting the city and the water.
