The 130m high sky scraper is a part of the GIFT City, Gujarat. The GIFT City promotes technology and innovation and is said to be India’s first operational Smart City. It proposes to bring together commercial, residential, institutional & recreational activity. The building is proposed to be a mixed-use building. The project would foster innovation and celebrate collaborative working. It may also serve the public in order to create an active space on the ground floor. With an available infrastructure of IT and Finance Sector around the building. The building aims to yield innovation through a system of collaborative working through team association and networking.
