The “Business vision” of GIFT City focuses on creating a corporate environment where businesses can gain a competitive edge to financial services and technology. This idea must also be extended to smaller free-standing offices and startups. The idea of spaces where young business comes to work collaborate and in the process thrive to promote entrepreneurship is the core idea of an incubation center and small scale offices. The building also focuses to cater to a “temporarily migrating” population through service apartments. At the same time, engagement of public realm within the building is necessary to keep the building engaged and active for the majority of the time.
