 The site is situated in GIFT City, which is conceptualized as a global financial & IT services hub. One of the primary aims of the structure is to give an opportunity and a space to work like a start-up, for meetings to perform, display, study and rent a space. In this era of innovative ideas, everyone wants to create something different and become an entrepreneur and start-up a venture. To give space to there idea they need a co-working area. Where they can conduct meetings, find some productive area to work. Also, they need spaces like an auditorium and gallery space where they can produce and display their talents. A library will catalyze there idea’s even further. After they become successful in there start-up if they need the building can offer spaces to rent out. Furthermore, café and restaurants are to dine in as a recreational space.
