The Poiesis of Mimesis

The Poesis of Mimesis is the artistic praxis as resolved into the display of the Dream Machines by sir Leonardo Da Vinci with techne (tectonics) being the problem brief in-itself.  The studio project concentrates on the display of 15 dream machines in different contexts representing Historical era, Current practices - standardized and an individual identity. The contexts are addressed as 3 roles of a designer wherein the tectonics of materiality and mimetic modulation of  a planar surface as  a hypothesis is tested throughout; generating  remarkable tactile & visual factors  in enveloping the spatial and interior experiential quality of a space.
