Bhadra, Located admits the city center is categorized as an old city that holds cultural and historical values. The site has a varied user group including residents, vendors, and visitors due to various commercial activities. The intent of my intervention was to revive the lost culture of the area and Activating the region culturally in order to revive the character, identity, and social capital which has been lost due to overwhelming commercialization through the means of a performance space that generates awareness about classical art of India (Music + dance). The performance space would emerge as a Cultural Hub. It would connect many users from the city and from all over India by portraying the diverse Indian cultural forms.
