The project analyses the existing condition and context of Kanoria and Hutheesing Arts center . Its relationship with the city edge, CEPT campus and inter relationship within the Art precinct. The Design proposal now  tries to work on the problems specific to the context and enhances the relationship between the built and the outdoors.  The open plinth and outdoors of the Kanoria precinct now addresses to the spatial configuration it is placed around.
