INSIDE OUT

The project proposes a mixed use workspace as a positive critique to the mono- functional office spaces of the past. As a response the project utilizes the triple helix model of innovation which is the constant interaction between Academia / Industry/ Private developer to foster change through social and economic development of JVPD scheme.  The two central courtyard blocks plays major role in connecting all the programs visually and physically to eachother. The staggering of floor plates creates a series of externally connected terraces on the outside and a decisive placement of voids and volumes on the inside. The building becomes more private as you climb up the floors.
