A variety of functions when put together can encourage interaction and collaboration between different stakeholders. The conglomeration of everyday spaces with community-related functions allows to activate the promenade edge. The idea is to create streets with-in this linear block of the site that breaks its longitudinality and allows people to reach the promenade while accessing routine spaces like offices, markets, libraries, workplaces etc. A modern workspace of private and public nature are interlinked via common programmes. The social and professional growth of the community could be enhanced by introducing these mixed tyopological functions.
