A Cradle: a ode to imperfection and transience

The goal of the project is to link users with the cave while preserving its essential qualities and accepting their imperfections and transience. Individuals seeking an escape from the hustle of their lives, visit the travelers home to spend a relaxing and serene time where they can perform yoga, meditate and try to find their true selves. This project seeks to preserve the essence of caves and foster acceptance of change and flaws, wabi-sabi in it’s truest form. A extremely airy, breathing, semi-open timber framework is offered for this purpose. The links between various spaces and the natural world vary.
