The SOM studio was focused on understanding, analyzing and suggesting improvements in service quality and increasing demand of existing PBSS in Ahmedabad.Here, we worked on Business Process Re-engineering by suggesting the alternative options for improving the existing system and for better user experience by using various Management tools and survey results which has been envisaged to upscale and regulate the existing permit based PBS system. The large heads that were covered in the Hybrid Model (one among the 3 models) is - Contracts, Procurement, Building Process Re-engineering, Marketing, Finance and an Extensive survey analysis.
