Improvement in any process starts with recollection and analysis of the current state and the progress achieved. The analysis done on PBS paved the path towards solving major consumer pain points in an effective manner. Data driven decision making has been integral throughout the course of the semester. Visualisations presented here have been used extensively towards formulation of proposals, thereby maximising value to the end user.
