Comparative Analysis (End-Term)

Comparative Analysis (End-Term)

Comparative Analysis examines a specific urban layer across a common scale. It is derived from the idea of 'comparative urbanism' (CU). CU explores the relationships between several layers of the city on a common scale.
Each group selects a set of layers as their lens for synthesis, which are then arranged in a specific order in the first half of the panel. This allows precincts to be cross compared to understand the influence of one parameter to the other. The analysis of these connections is used to develop inferences and is captured in the second half of this panel
