Bringing the Sub Urban Nexus together with Jaipur City

In Jaipur, the proposed Shivdaspura land pooling scheme envisions a comprehensive strategy with significant economic growth, demographic change, and urbanization along with its people. However, infrastructure development, social institution establishment, market emergence, and interactions between people, technology, the economy, and the environment are all necessary for the creation and dissemination of community engagement. The Urban Nexus approach acknowledges that cities must be a part of the solution by analyzing and maximizing interdependencies and synergies between planning paradigms. The strategy urges a transition away from traditional sectoral practices towards cross-sectoral, integrated approaches that require significant stakeholder and governmental engagement.
