Channeling Growth (in Growth Center) is representing the study, analysis and proposals for Land Pooling Scheme in Shivdaspura which is a significant growth centre in Jaipur City, Rajasthan. Rajasthan has provision of the Land Pooling scheme since 2016 but not used till yet. Cities are growing very rapidly and Jaipur also expanding like other cities. So adopting Land Pooling mechanism is the right decision instead of the Land Acquisition model for greenfield development. The Shivdaspura is notified as a growth centre by Jaipur Development Authority, so the area of Shivdaspura has been taken for the pilot project study.
