Surat contributes to to 23% of GSDP of Gujarat owing to its significance in diamond industry. To boost the economy, Government of Gujarat proposed a special project called DREAM City. A special SPV was formed to cater to its needs. The proposed DREAM City Master Plan had an acquisition model and also did not follow the natural topography. Therefore we reanalyzed the area and proposed a Zonal Plan and Town Planning Schemes for the DREAM City region, without compromising on economy.  We detailed out one of the proposed TP with reconstitution, appropriation and valuation etc.
