The purpose of this housing project is to analyze and recommend the best possible development along with planning and technical options for a "Greenfield Mill Land" while taking into account the site's underlying context, applicable legal standards, the current macro-micro market-real estate scenario, and the requirements of its stakeholders. The goal of the proposed project is to increase awareness of the real estate market, develop key skills needed to succeed in the real estate market, and create a proposal that is both financially feasible and feasible to implement in India colony on a defunct mill site in Ahmedabad.
