The Gujarat Housing Board Society's brownfield land at Akhbar circle, Nava Vadaj, was selected for the Public Housing Redevelopment Project. The project is developed in response to the demands of the current inhabitants of the society while complying with relevant regulations and real estate market trends. The redevelopment of public housing, in addition to the construction of a free sale component with mixed-use development, is a viable and implementable project plan that would provide advantages to the beneficiaries, new buyers, and profit to both developers as well as Gujarat Housing Board.
