Its study attempts to understand the urban nature of an industrial town now focusing on the worker's movement. The housing, transport, and infrastructure here are a direct consequence of the area being developed as an industrial hub. The city grows with time; different parameters influence such change which can be seen in the case of Amraiwadi from an industrial area to then taking a transit-oriented approach.
