The study analyses and explaines the area of 1 sq.km of Paldi and Vasna which are one of the oldest settlements and are situated in western part of Ahmedabad. This narrative gives an overview of the physical, socio-economic and spatial development of Paldi and Vasna. It showcases how and what factors lead to transformation of the area and defines the relationship and character of the area with different determinants and parameters.
