The construction project formulation and appraisal studio deal with understanding the multi-dimensions of the project formulation. In this Studio, we have conducted a feasibility study on the multispeciality hospital in Gandhinagar. Before undertaking a project, it is necessary to understand the basic outline of the project and its goals. It includes Work Breakdown Structure, Cost Breakdown Structure, Project Schedule, and Bid Process Management. These kinds of exercises are essential to carry out for the project in the inception stage only. It depicts the actual scenario of the project, which helps in understanding its viability.
