Village Infrastructure Development

The foundation studio at MCEM focuses on the conceptualization and feasibility stage of a construction project. The following work is of a village development project. Initially at the beginning of the project, objectives and goals are identified and problem-option analysis, demand analysis, location analysis is conducted. Management of stakeholders, risk and compliances is touched upon which are critical part of any project. Lean tools are introduced which helped in critical and strategic thinking. Project baselines are identified like work breakdown structure, schedule and cost. Studio concludes by identifying the procurement strategy which is most suitable for the project.
