A Pavilion For Water

Situated near the Madalpura railway line at Paldi in Ahmedabad, the project is an intervention at a lesser living place with an aim to enhance and nourish its living character. The design is constituted by laying down pavilions, pathways, a tank, and a garden that will help in lending a more living edge to the site. A certain leap of imagination is undertaken in parallel to being rooted in the existing site conditions. Cast in concrete, the project is a depiction of the passage and inter-relation of water, humans, the flora, and the fauna on site.
