Architecture is invariably associated with that which is built' but a city is almost in an equal measure defined by that which is 'unbuilt. Cities are the sum of its multitude of spaces and people's interactions in them as a reflection of their culture. 
The design brief is to revitalize the Bhadra Plaza by bring public activity back into the fort and creating a connection between the fort and the plaza . This is accomplished by creating an underground museum that depicts the times in Ahmedabad's history through spaces . With each event in history depicting an emotion as experience.
