Traversing Wells of Light: auction house & art studio

For me, achieving luxury is by first identifying the scarcity of something  & then expressing it through over-exaggeration & emphasis in the space such that it now becomes an omnipresent quality. This position for luxury was taken forward in the final design site: Humayun's Tomb Site Museum in Delhi. The site was identified for its lack of light & hence vertical volumes, termed 'wells' were created to channel the light in the interiors. These were then propogated in various scales & proportions throughout the site. To experience this ephemeral element, transition is positioned around these wells.
