NAM is a visual journey which tells the story of a Tibetan refugee, Van Jempang Sherab, who runs a small shack in Paldi, Ahmedabad called Amdos Kitchen. The installation touches upon the different ways people perceive home and its meaning. The creation of the final installation was aided by the previous learnings from the studio which included, abstraction, typographic expression, character and narrative building and the use of metaphors. These learnings holistically came together to form the final expression, the feeling of home.
