Conflict handling methods used in citizen missions

For continuous improvement of living in urban spaces, the government strives to bring in new policies for the betterment of conditions. Such new policies/ missions can be implemented only by behavioral changes of the citizens. Though the responsibility cannot lie on the government only, there are several consulting agencies that work with the government and have a huge role to play in making the change happen. Often, while implementing, they are faced with huge resistance from the citizens for whom they are working. The aim is to build a case study on what are the different ways conflict can be dealt with and finally come up with a teaching case that can be used in the classroom and other consulting agencies to deal with conflict better.
