Critical Review on Indian Smart Cities

Under the Smart City Mission 100 smart cities were chosen to work on pan-city and area-based projects for improvement in service delivery by providing higher-quality services to inhabitants and running their communities more efficiently. This research attempts to study in detail the functioning of ICCC and its impact on municipal service performance. It also attempts to suggest measures to take it to the next level by empowering citizens and engaging them actively in municipal service delivery.
